By enrolling your child at Atelier of Minds, you agree to the following:
 

Care & Eligibility
Our programs are designed for children aged 6–12. Enrollment is subject to availability and suitability to ensure the wellbeing of every child in our care.
 

Fees & Attendance
Program fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Sessions missed due to absence cannot be rescheduled or credited.
 

Program Structure
Session formats, facilitators, and enrichment activities may be adjusted when needed to maintain program quality. Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for refunds.
 

Inclusive Support
Atelier of Minds is an inclusive student care and enrichment center guided by OT-informed practices. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Individual Learning Plans and progress updates are educational supports, not clinical assessments.
 

Health & Safety
Parents are responsible for sharing relevant health or developmental information at enrollment. Children who are unwell may be asked to rest at home in the interest of community wellbeing.
 

Respectful Environment
We are committed to a safe and respectful space. If a child’s ongoing behavior significantly affects others, we reserve the right to review or discontinue enrollment with careful communication.
 

Arrival & Pick-Up
Timely drop-off and pick-up are expected. Additional charges may apply for late collection.
 

Photography & Privacy
Photographs or videos may be taken for documentation or communication purposes. Marketing use will respect parental consent preferences.
 

Updates
These guidelines may be refined from time to time to reflect best practices and operational needs.
