
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Atelier of Minds, you will play a key role in supporting children’s sensory, motor, emotional, and functional development through individualized and evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and observations to identify students’ developmental and functional needs
- Design and implement individualized intervention plans (ILP / IEP-aligned)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, coaches, and families to support each child holistically
- Provide therapy sessions (1:1 and small group, as needed)
- Maintain clear documentation, progress reports, and session notes
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic environment that supports growth and independence
Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid OT certification or licensure
Experience working with pediatric clients (developmental, sensory, or learning support)
Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and child-centered intervention
Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams (educators, therapists, parents)
Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
Previous experience in a therapeutic, educational, or inclusive learning environment is a strong plus
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
